This notice explains what aragonitesand.com collects and why. The site is operated by AragoCor Minerals LLC, 2453 Grand Canal Blvd, Suite 200, Stockton, CA 95207. It is a business-to-business product site; it is not directed at children.

Requests you send

When you submit the quote, product-details or sample form we receive what you enter: name, company, role, work email, optional phone, country and region, buyer type, application, grade or particle requirement, quantities, packaging preference, destination, timing, document and sample selections, private-label interest and your message.

The form also records how you reached the site so that we can answer in context and understand which channels bring genuine enquiries: the landing page, the page the form was sent from, the referring site, campaign parameters in the address (UTM values), first-touch and last-touch source, the site hostname, the form version and a timestamp. For spam control we record your IP address, browser identification and the outcome of automated checks.

We use this information only to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to prepare quotations, samples, documentation and orders. Requests are delivered to the AragoCor Minerals sales inbox through our transactional email provider and may be copied to our order-tracking or customer-relationship system. We do not sell or rent it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, links and documents opened, and whether a request was started, sent or failed. Google sets cookies and reports aggregated usage to us. We record the hostname of each visit so that traffic from preview or test deployments can be separated from the live site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site. Where your jurisdiction requires consent for analytics cookies, please adjust your browser or extension settings; we do not currently operate a consent banner and are reviewing this requirement before launch.

Local storage

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser (session and local storage) to remember how you arrived, so that a request you send later carries the correct source. Nothing stored this way identifies you personally and it never leaves your browser except as part of a request you choose to send.

Links to other sites

Links to AragoCorMinerals.com carry source parameters so that AragoCor Minerals can see that a visit came from this site. Other sites have their own privacy notices.

Retention

Request emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of commercial dealings. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics retention setting on our property.

Your rights

Email info@aragocorminerals.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and can exercise them the same way. Residents of other jurisdictions with data-protection law may exercise the rights it grants by the same route.

Changes

We update this notice when the site’s data practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
